Talent Acquisition Associate (Remote)

 

 

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based)

About the Role

 

 

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join their growing team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate will currently be working in a talent acquisition or recruiting role for an end client, with a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.

 

A background in business development or account management within a staffing agency is highly beneficial, as this role also involves proactive engagement with hiring managers, relationship management, and an understanding of how to align recruitment strategies with broader business goals.

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for open roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • (Preferred) Apply business development insights to enhance talent pipelines and strengthen employer brand visibility.

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role — either in-house or within a staffing agency.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple job functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing channels, Boolean search techniques, and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • (Preferred) Prior experience in business development or client-facing roles within a staffing or recruiting firm.
