Mission Yogurt is seeking a Manager for two of our locations, Maria Empanada and Einstein Bros. Bagels at the Denver International Airport!

What We Are Looking For:

• Candidates with at least two years of QSR experience;
• Candidates with at least two years of bartending experience.
• Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction;
• Responds efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer feedback;

• Ensures all operating and quality standards are met;
• Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation;
• Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-bias judgment;
• Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members;
• Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.

Job-Specific Duties: Food Service Manager

• Hiring, training, scheduling, and maintaining a staff that is well versed in company policies and procedures;
• Communicate company policy, standards and procedures to staff;
• Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution;
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of restaurant menu items to meet and maintain company set standards;
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly fiscal management of the restaurant;
• Check all deliveries to ensure product(s) are correct, rotated and have been stored properly;
• Monitor and order supplies as needed;
• Ensure adherence to cash management procedures, maintain organized cash handling records;
• Responsible for delegating and following up on tasks while remaining accountable for overall restaurant functions.
• Maintain regular communication with restaurant staff, operations managers, and corporate office through regular meetings, email communication, and discussions;

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours
• Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead
• Lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
• Repetitive hand and wrist motion
