Counseling Simplified is a private practice group that offers therapists the opportunity to work with a private practice population, without the hassle of credentialing and insurance billing (we take care of that for you), without the risk and headache of being a small business owner (property rental or ownership, quarterly taxes and book keeping, IRS audits, LLC or S Corp creation and maintenance, etc.), without the investment of marketing, and without the isolation of being in solo practice or doing telehealth from home. We are different from most group practices in that we want to give you the respect being a W2 employee with benefits for full-time employees. We provide all the referrals for our therapists. We are currently seeking full-time and part-time, experienced or entry level licensed psychotherapists, counselors, social workers, marriage and family therapists, mental health counselors or mental health counselor associates to provide couples therapy, family therapy and individual therapy. This position is in-person with the potential for hybrid virtual/in-person schedule.
Skills:
We are looking for candidates that are warm, friendly, confident, and motivated to complete tasks of documentation, scheduling appointments with clients and providing evidence-based care to clients. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to accept direction, and able to work with a diverse team.
