Job Description

Skill: Scrum Master Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Facilitating Scrum Events. Coaching and Mentoring. Removing Impediments. Ensuring Scrum Principles. Roles & Responsibilities: The Scrum Master helps the team with Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum (stand-up), Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. They guide the team, product owner, and organization on how to use Scrum effectively. The Scrum Master identifies and removes any obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Understand the specific requirements and challenges of retail banking applications. Be familiar with banking regulations and compliance requirements. Have experience with core banking systems, payment processing, and other retail banking technologies. Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year #LI-NS2
