Overview

High-growth AI fintech startup is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support their Head of Talent. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced company backed by top-tier investors who are planning to 3x their headcount in the next year! In this role, you'll manage and optimize all aspects of the candidate interview process, ensuring a smooth experience while handling significant volume as the company scales. Someone who is extremely detail-oriented, process-driven, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about both people and AI. This is a full-time, in-office role based in NYC's Flatiron District. 80-100K+ DOE + benefits, unlimited PTO, and catered lunches.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Talent in managing and optimizing all aspects of the candidate interview process.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure accuracy across recruiting systems and tools.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide a smooth and positive interview experience.
  • Track progress, identify process improvements, and support recruiting operations to ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of experience in a Recruiting, Talent, or HR coordinator role, within recruiting operations, or as an EA in a startup.
  • Extremely attentive to detail and highly process-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
  • Passionate about both people and technology, deeply curious, and eager to learn quickly.
  • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to break complex concepts into clear, fundamental elements and communicate them precisely in writing.
  • Comfortable working across multiple disciplines and functions, excited to help build foundational processes as the company scales.
  • Genuinely interested in technology and its impact on business and the economy, with a collaborative mindset and a preference for fast, direct communication.
  • Open to full-time, in-office work in NYC, motivated by high-growth opportunities, and ready to contribute beyond a standard 95 role.
