Job Description We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Floater. We are commercial cleaners looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless and trash is removed on schedule. We hope you’re ready to grab a buffer and help us out.  Detail-oriented, flexible Maintaining a sanitary environment in compliance with OSHA’s standards on Bloodborne Pathogens (29 CFR 1910.1030 ), including proper disposal of regulated waste, Adhering to CDC, EPA, and OSHA guidelines related to routine disinfection for COVID-19 and other infectious diseases Fill in for absent general cleaners at all job sites Perform general cleaning duties including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, floor buffing, etc. Perform technical cleaning jobs including high-speed burnishing, stripping, refinishing floors, carpet cleaning and window cleaning. Must be flexible enough to perform multiple tasks at all job sites unaided Document and report supply inventory as needed Document and report staff activity as needed Perform proper care maintenance on cleaning equipment. Must maintain an overall clean appearance on all equipment and supplies Drive company van to each job site Use leadership skills to supervise job sites, staff, and job completion Ensure jobs are completed on time and with great quality Available to work night shift and weekends as well as various hours as needed depending on work schedule. Valid NC driver's license is REQUIRED . This description does not include all responsibilities for this position We provide all PPE.
