The work:

• As a Kinaxis Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and testing Kinaxis integration with Greenfield S/4HANA.
• Identify integration points and propose solutions to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time.
• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience in Supply Planning with understanding of integration points.
• Demonstrate influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for functional or business design decisions and document Business Process Design.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in Kinaxis Supply Chain Planning is required.
• Master level of proficiency in Kinaxis Demand Planning is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, Business Process Design, and Process Design Mapping and Analysis is suggested.
• Work with Kinaxis Architect to align functional or process changes to solution approach, and work with Kinaxis Developer to define the system changes required.

• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro (Rapid Response)
• Experience supporting supply chain planning and demand planning

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in various states and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states listed is: $108,400 $203,400 USD
