What we are looking for:

We are searching for an initiating, innovative, and problem-solving individual that will support TOC Logistics' Operations team.

In the Export/Import Specialist role, you will be responsible for:

• Tracks and imports and exports shipments and ensures that shipping instructions are followed
• Assist and monitors logistics operations for domestic, ocean, and air cargo movements
• Customer Service attitude with parties involved on shipment by phone /email as well as external customers

Requirements:

• Customer Service focus Positive Attitude
• Organized-detail oriented
• Resourceful Problem Solver
• Excel knowledge
• Customer-focused

Preferred skills:

1 + years of experience in freight forwarding (Entry Level)

Knowledge of freight forwarding industry/supply chain, logistics preferred

CargoWise knowledge a plus but not required
