We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Kent, Washington. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to lead employee relations initiatives, ensure compliance with HR policies, and enhance workplace engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to HR management while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage comprehensive employee relations programs to promote a harmonious and productive workplace aligned with organizational goals.
• Act as the primary resource for addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and resolving grievances in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Oversee the creation, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and ethical standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, gather feedback, and implement strategies to enhance workplace morale.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver training programs that support teamwork, diversity, inclusion, and growth.
• Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and use data analytics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
• Guide managers and employees through performance management processes, including reviews, disciplinary actions, and development plans.
• Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires and oversee HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now to manage employee data.
• Drive compliance with workplace regulations, including employment laws and organizational policies.
• Partner with senior leadership to design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with long-term business objectives.• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, workplace compliance, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive workplace situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) and data analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
