Claims Analyst
Santa Clara, CA (onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze claims related to bankruptcy, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Conduct detailed investigations to verify the validity of claims and identify any discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information.
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on claim findings and recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of all claims and related documentation.
Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding bankruptcy claims and related matters.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to claims and bankruptcy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Claims, Fraud, or Research Analyst, with a focus on bankruptcy claims being a plus.
Strong understanding of systems and developing procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
