About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to lead the operations of its acute-care facility. The CAO will be expected to have a strong focus on customer service, be adept at negotiating, and have the ability to analyze financial data and plan for long-range objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a proven track record in growing hospital revenue, meeting budgetary goals, and ensuring the highest standards of ethical behavior.
